Doug Maxwell is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and facilities management. Currently serving as the Operations Director at Open Sky Wilderness Therapy since June 2019, Doug has been instrumental in overseeing various operational aspects of the organization. Prior to this role, Doug held the position of Facilities Director at both the International School Los Angeles Lycee International and Lycee International de LA from July 2008 until October 2022, where responsibilities included managing facility operations and ensuring optimal conditions for educational environments. Currently, Doug is on a break from work.

Since 2006, Open Sky Wilderness Therapy has been providing the premier family-centered wilderness therapy experience through its programs in the mountains of Southwest Colorado and canyonlands of Southeast Utah.
