Elesa Humphrey

Elesa Humphrey has a wide range of work experience in various administrative and leadership roles. In their most recent role as the Senior Director of Operations at Open Sky Community Services, they facilitated communication among agency departments and managed operational processes for effective service delivery. Prior to that, Elesa worked as an Administrative Director, where they assisted the Executive Leadership Team and developed communication strategies. Elesa also has experience as an Executive Assistant to the President and CEO, managing and mentoring executive office staff and coordinating events and projects. Before joining Open Sky Community Services, Elesa worked at The Bridge of Central Massachusetts as a Senior Assistant in Advancement, managing donor databases, grants, and event logistics. Elesa also served as an Office Administrator at RAIN Group, where they managed client engagements and coordinated training events. Earlier in their career, Elesa was a District Administrative Assistant at Barnes and Noble Booksellers, supporting the District Manager and achieving loss prevention goals. Elesa also worked as a Director of Support Services at Marriott Management Services/Sodexo, overseeing high volume food and nutrition accounts and managing personnel.

Elesa Humphrey earned a Professional Certificate in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Clark University in 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Restaurant Business Management from the University of Massachusetts, which they pursued from 1987 to 1991. Elesa'seducation began at Holy Name Central Catholic High School, where they completed their high school education from 1983 to 1987.
