Jennifer MacNeill

Jennifer MacNeill is a seasoned professional in social work with extensive experience in family support and long-term support services. Currently serving as the Family Support Center Coordinator at Open Sky Community Services since July 2022, Jennifer previously held the position of Director of LTSS Services and LTSS Senior Care Manager at Central Community Health Partnership. Additionally, Jennifer contributed to Alternatives Unlimited, Inc. as a Program Developer for 15 years. Jennifer holds a Master of Social Work from Rhode Island College and a Bachelor of Government in Political Science from St. John's University.
