Sandra Breka

Sandra Breka currently serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees for the International Crisis Group and holds the position of Vice President & COO at Open Society Foundations. As a Member of the Board and Chair of the Strategy Committee for the Berghof Foundation, Sandra Breka contributes to significant strategic oversight. Additionally, Sandra Breka is involved with the European Endowment for Democracy as a Member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee. Previously, Sandra Breka was a Trustee at the Munich Security Conference and held leadership roles at Robert Bosch Stiftung over a span of more than two decades. Other contributions include advisory positions at Philea, MERICS, and interface, as well as directorship at the Aspen Institute Germany. Sandra Breka's academic credentials include a Master of Arts from Columbia University and participation as a World Fellow at Yale University in 2008.
