Tenzin Dolker is a seasoned program manager and founder with extensive experience in international development and feminist social change. Currently serving at Open Society Foundations as a Program Manager, Tenzin also leads SHOKPA.ORG, an initiative dedicated to strengthening grassroots advocacy for feminist movements. Previous roles include Resourcing Feminist Movements Lead at the Association for Women's Rights in Development and Program Support/Development Officer at the IOM - UN Migration Agency. Tenzin's academic background includes a PhD fellowship in Governance and Policy Analysis at Maastricht University and a Master's degree in East Asian History from Columbia University.
