Zaza Namoradze serves as the Program Lead for Central Asia at Open Society Foundations since January 2024. Previously, Namoradze was a Senior Advisor in Justice within Global Programs, where responsibilities included leading projects on Illicit Political Finance and developing strategies to support indigenous and local communities confronting environmental challenges. From 2002 to 2021, Namoradze directed the Berlin (Budapest) Office of the Open Society Justice Initiative, focusing on legal empowerment initiatives worldwide. Earlier experience includes serving as Deputy Director at the Constitutional and Legal Policy Institute, where justice reforms were managed in Central and Eastern Europe, and as Staff Attorney, where contributions included drafting the new constitution of Georgia. Namoradze's educational background includes an LL.M. from the University of Chicago Law School and a diploma in International Law from Tbilisi State University.
