Michael Baden

Michael Baden, SHRM-SCP has held various roles in human resources and office management throughout their career. Currently, Michael serves as the Human Resources Director and Manager at Open Space Institute, where Michael oversees benefits administration, recruitment, and employee development. Prior to this, Michael has worked in administrative and office management roles at organizations such as Equal Justice USA, JEHT Foundation, and Peter L Gluck + Partners. Baden holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and English Literature from Binghamton University.
