Demi Padonu

Demi Padonu is an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile methodologies, currently serving at Open Systems Technologies Corporation since January 2023. Previously, Demi held the same title at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield from November 2020 to December 2022 and at University of Maryland Medical Systems Health Plans from February 2018 to November 2020. Earlier career roles include Corporate Training Specialist and Clinical Operations Coordinator at Telligen, as well as Review Assistant. Commencing a career in sales at Nordstrom, Demi achieved recognition as a PaceSetter (Top Sales Person) in the 4th quarter of 2015. Demi also served as Vice President of the International Students Association, contributing significantly to organizational growth on campus. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business and Technology Management from Stevenson University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Morgan State University.
