Mona Agius has extensive work experience in the IT staffing and recruitment industry. Mona started their career in 1987 as a Senior Account Executive at Prism Data Services. In 1990, they became the Sales Director at SRI Strategic Resources Inc. and held the position until 1991. Mona then co-founded CPI Computer Partners International in 1992, which they grew into a successful company with over 100 contractors on billing before it was purchased by Olsten Staffing in 1996. From 2000 to 2002, Mona worked as the Director of eStaffing at TELUS Enterprise Solutions after their company, Daedalian Systems Group, was acquired by Telus. In 2002, they joined Ajilon as the Director of OPS Sales for a year. Following that, Mona worked as the VP of IT Staffing Division at TDM Technical Services from 2004 to 2010, where they established an IT staffing division and expanded into the public and private sector markets. Currently, Mona is serving as the Managing Director of Open Systems Technologies since 2011, where they oversee the day-to-day operations and profitability of the Canadian office, as well as provides leadership and direction to the recruiting and sales teams.
