As Customer Experience Officer for Open Systems, Marta Martinez is responsible for the customer portal, ensuring an optimal customer experience. Previously she oversaw digital experience as a product manager. Prior to joining Open Systems, Marta was a data scientist at Sqooba and co-founded and led her startup GirlsCoding.org.
Marta has a Ph.D. in Computer Science (signal processing) from EPFL and earned a master’s degree in telecommunication engineering from Universidad Politecnica de Madrid.
