Gerald Barbour

Gerald Barbour is currently serving as the Receiving and Distribution Assistant Support Manager at Open Technology Group since November 2014, where responsibilities include managing the shipping and receiving of accountable and non-accountable items using ServiceNow and the BCS inventory system. Previously, Gerald worked as a Material Handler, focusing on ticket creation, barcode updates, equipment scanning, desktop imaging, equipment encryption, and inventory management. Additionally, Gerald has been a PC Technician at mlm since November 2014. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Helpdesk from the Career Technical Institute, a Metal Worker certification from Aberdeen Proving Grounds (U.S. Army), and a high school diploma with an electrician focus from IDEA Public Charter School.
