Jamie Riggs

Jamie Riggs has a diverse work experience that spans different roles in the education sector. They started their career as a Mathematics Teacher at Berkeley Middle School and later worked as a Mathematics Specialist at The College of William and Mary. They then joined Winchester Public Schools and served as a Mathematics Teacher and Math Instructional Specialist at Daniel Morgan Middle School. Jamie's most recent work has been with Open Up Resources, where they have held various positions, including Mathematics Field Specialist, Director of Mathematics Field Team, and K-12 Customer Success Manager. Currently, Jamie is working at Open Up Resources as a Sr. Director, Customer Success & Data.

Jamie Riggs received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from William & Mary in 2005. Following this, Jamie pursued a Master of Arts degree in Education, specializing in Math Leadership, from the same institution, completing it in 2009. Additional certifications include Elementary and Middle School Math Specialist and Secondary Mathematics, obtained from the Virginia Department of Education in July 2015.
