Urko Masse is the founder and consultant of Urko Masse Consulting, providing services in Kanban and Agile practices to improve work visibility and flow. With previous experience as an Organizational Development Specialist and Service Delivery Manager at Open-Xchange and Prioticket, Urko has successfully implemented Kanban and Lean management principles. As an IT Manager at Bali Island School and Assistant ICT Director at Saigon South International School, Urko led technology adoption and improved ICT systems. With a background in teaching at RMIT University and experience in software development and technical support at various companies, Urko brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their consulting and training services.
