Amanda Tenanes (Cendejas) is an experienced recruiter and career coach with a strong background in talent acquisition across various tech companies. Currently serving as a recruiter at OpenAI since November 2023, Amanda focuses on hiring top researchers dedicated to building safe artificial general intelligence. Previously, Amanda held the position of career coach at Levels.fyi, assisting professionals with resume reviews and negotiation strategies.
