Arun Vijayvergiya

Arun Vijayvergiya is a skilled software engineer and entrepreneur with a robust background in artificial intelligence and software development. Currently serving as a Member of Technical Staff at OpenAI since December 2021, Arun has contributed to initiatives like ChatGPT and DALL·E. Prior to this, Arun played a key role at Airbnb as a Software Engineer, where the creation of Viaduct, a data-oriented service mesh, took place. As the Founder and CEO of Fabric, a Y-Combinator-backed startup, Arun focused on developing a private life search engine, overseeing product design, engineering, and fundraising efforts. Earlier experience includes contributions to major projects like the Facebook Timeline and various technical roles at Microsoft and MapmyIndia. Arun holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley.
