Elena Chatziathanasiadou

Elena Chatziathanasiadou is a founding and leading member of OpenAI’s people/recruiting team, contributing to the growth of the company from ~35 to 500+. Prior to joining OpenAI, Elena worked in organizational development programs in regulatory affairs at Genentech. Elena also has experience as a psychology research assistant at the University of California, Berkeley, where Elena investigated the role of intuition and memory in problem-solving. Additionally, Elena has interned in marketing strategy at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company. Elena holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, and a certification in User Experience Design from General Assembly.
