Jing Wu

Jing Wu is a highly experienced Lead Designer currently at Rockset since November 2021. Previously, Jing served as a Product Design Consultant at Meta from March 2020 to November 2021, where responsibilities included leading internal tooling projects for the Business Integrity organization. Prior to this, Jing worked at Kachinga, contributing to an AI-powered platform focused on financial literacy for children. As an Independent Design Consultant from September 2014 to June 2019, Jing led design and strategy for various startups. Earlier career highlights include positions as Lead Designer at Apphaus, SAP Labs, where Jing developed products for sports scouting, and as a Sr. Interaction Designer at SAP's Office of the CEO, contributing to new product strategy. Additional experience includes roles at Hitachi Global Storage Technology and IDEO, focusing on user experience and interaction design. Jing Wu holds a Master's degree in Human Centered Design Planning from the Institute of Design and two degrees from Harbin Institute of Technology in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering.
