Ken Langlinais is a seasoned talent acquisition professional, currently serving in the Talent department at OpenAI since September 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Talent Acquisition Leader at a stealth startup focused on generative AI, where Ken established a comprehensive recruiting process and led efforts across multiple teams, including Engineering and UX/UI Design. With a robust background in recruiting management at companies such as Robinhood, Oculus VR, Facebook, and Google, Ken has successfully managed full-cycle recruiting, developed compensation frameworks, and implemented DEI programs. Ken began the recruitment career at Deloitte & Touche and PriceWaterhouseCoopers, gaining extensive experience across various industries. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
