Soinneah Monks is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various companies. Currently serving in GTM Recruiting at OpenAI since April 2024, Soinneah previously held the position of Talent Advisor at Clay and was the Head of Talent at Mutiny. Prior to these roles, Soinneah advanced through multiple positions at DoorDash, including Recruiting Manager, Lead Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, and Recruiter, contributing to the company's mission of connecting businesses with consumers. Soinneah began the career journey at BeyondTrust as a Recruiter, focusing on cybersecurity, and commenced in the recruiting field at Zenefits as a Sales Recruiter and Account Coordinator. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Spanish from the University of Arizona and additional studies in Spanish Language and Literature at IE University and Universidad Nacional.
