Xan Winterton

Xan Winterton currently serves as the Founding US GTM Recruiting at Omnea since July 2025. Prior to this role, Xan was the Managing Director of North America at LMRE from January 2020 to July 2025, focusing on connecting growing businesses with top talent across North America, the UK, Europe, and APAC. Xan's experience also includes positions at Tessian from September 2017 to January 2020, encompassing roles such as International Growth Manager, Commercial Operations Manager, and Business Development, while contributing to the development of a Human Layer Security platform. Earlier, Xan worked at O2 (Telefónica UK) as the SMB Retail Support Channel Manager from July 2014 to July 2015, enhancing stakeholder relationships and customer satisfaction. Academically, Xan holds a degree in International Development with Geography from the University of Leeds and A levels in History, Geography, and Business Studies from Blundell's School.
