Soo Jin Park has extensive experience in human resources and project management, currently serving in the HR Systems role at OpenAI since September 2023. Prior to this position, Soo Jin Park worked at Google as a Program Manager from November 2014 to August 2023. Prior to Google, a significant tenure at Deloitte Consulting, spanning from July 2009 to November 2014, involved serving as a Senior Consultant specializing in HR transformation and Workday consulting, contributing to numerous projects across various Fortune 500 clients in industries such as Life Sciences, Healthcare, Consumer Products, and Technology. Earlier experience at Deloitte also includes roles as a Consultant and Analyst, starting with a summer internship as a Human Capital Summer Scholar in 2008. Soo Jin Park holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California, Berkeley.
