Rebecca Jackson is a seasoned professional in HR technology, currently serving as the Global HR Technology Director for Talent Systems at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. since May 2025. Prior to this role, Rebecca held various leadership positions at DuPont, including Global HR Technology Leader and Technology Leader for Talent Acquisition & Learning, where responsibilities encompassed the management of comprehensive HR technology stacks and driving process transformation. Rebecca's earlier experience at Honeywell involved directing global talent systems and staffing technologies, while positions at Hudson Global Resources and Cisco focused on implementing staffing solutions and managing internal recruitment functions. Rebecca holds a BA in Business Studies and Science and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of the West of England.
