Tom McCann

Tom McCann is an experienced leader with a strong background in go-to-market (GTM) strategies and sales across various sectors, currently serving as GTM Leader at OpenAI since June 2025. Prior to this role, McCann held multiple positions at Instabase, including Senior Director of GTM, where leadership of Growth Sales and Account Development teams across North America and EMEA was undertaken. McCann has successfully driven initiatives to identify product-market fit in new verticals and established foundational product marketing functions. Earlier experience includes strategic investments and partnerships at NatWest Group and founding a seed-accelerator for technology companies at Accelerate ME. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from The University of Manchester, along with distinguished A Levels from Harlington Upper.
