Clémence Jacquemin

Head of Customer Success at OpenAirlines

Clémence Jacquemin has a diverse work experience primarily in the aviation industry. Clémence most recently worked at OpenAirlines as the Head of Customer Success, where they provided support to airlines using their fuel efficiency software, consulted on fuel efficiency analysis for customers, monitored customer solutions, and managed the implementation of new customers' solutions. Prior to that, they were a Customer Success Manager at OpenAirlines, where they also trained customers on the software. Before joining OpenAirlines, Clémence worked as a Consultant for Airbus at Accenture, and as a Consultant for Dassault Aviation. Clémence also completed an internship at Airbus, where they worked on an end-of-studies project focused on improving airline profitability. Clémence started their career with a stage (internship) at ADP Ingénierie, where they conducted a benchmark analysis of airport facilities.

Clémence Jacquemin began their education in 2010 at ENAC - Ecole Nationale de l'Aviation Civile, where they pursued an Engineer's degree in Aeronautical Techniques. This program lasted until 2013, indicating a three-year duration. In 2012, Clémence enrolled at Toulouse School of Economics and completed a Master's degree in Economics of Markets and Organizations in 2013.
