Rosalie Swart

Rosalie Swart is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as a Strafrechtjurist Interventies at Openbaar Ministerie since August 2024. Swart co-founded Koetjes & Kalfjes in March 2020 and has held positions as a Legal Assistant at Houthoff from September 2022 to September 2024, and at Houthoff from November 2020 to May 2022. Additionally, a stint as a Stagiaire Zedendelicten at Openbaar Ministerie in 2022 provided valuable research experience on sexual offenses. Previous roles include serving as a Juridisch medewerker at Stichting Juridisch Spreekuur Gedetineerden, working with Rechtshulp Amsterdam, and holding the position of Vicevoorzitter at Stichting Mara Amsterdam. Swart also contributed to the NJR United Nations Working Group on Human Rights & Security.
