Marit Tuik is an experienced educator with a diverse background in teaching and curriculum development. Currently serving as a primary school teacher at Openbaar Onderwijs Groep Groningen (O2G2) since October 2012, Marit has also worked as a substitute teacher across various schools and as a full-time group teacher for grade 7. Previous roles include contributing to the Dutch core curriculum development team at SLO and participating in the Dutch development team at Curriculum.nu. Marit has operated as an independent Dutch language teacher and has experience in teaching both private and group courses. Additional work experience includes roles in sales and student assistance in Dutch courses at Hanzehogeschool Groningen. Marit holds a Master of Education with a focus on language specialization and dyslexia, a BA in primary education, and a BA in Dutch language and culture.
