Sven Spijkerman

Sven Spijkerman is a highly experienced sport coordinator, educator, and coach with a diverse background in sports and education. Currently serving as a Sportcoördinator at Topsport Talentschool Groningen since August 2014, Sven manages relationships with sports federations and collaborates with colleagues to enhance opportunities for student-athletes. In addition to teaching economics and mathematics across various secondary education levels, Sven holds roles as a Regional Topsport Talent Coordinator for EVOT since March 2022 and as a head coach for the RTC waterpolo Groningen since September 2013. As co-founder of TOC Noord, Sven has contributed to recognized trainer education programs since 2018. Sven also offers coaching and instructional support for water polo at Hanze University of Applied Sciences since September 2023, serves as a recognized trainer educator for the KNZB, and imparts entrepreneurial skills at Alfa-college. Furthermore, Sven is undertaking teaching responsibilities at Terra Winsum VO in economics. Educational endeavors include ongoing studies at NHL Hogeschool and Hanze, along with a foundation from RSG Zwolle.
