Julie Barrett O'Brien

Julie Barrett O'Brien is the current Chief Executive Officer at OpenBiome. Julie has held this position since December 2021. Prior to this, they were the Executive Director at LookUp from March 2019 to December 2021.

Barrett O'Brien has also worked as the Co-Lead for Board Diversification at The Higgins Group from June 2018 to February 2019, and as a Senior Adviser for Global Development Partnerships at GE Healthcare from March 2017 to June 2018. Julie has also lectured in Global Affairs at Yale University from September 2015 to January 2019, and served as an Impact Adviser at Barrett Global Strategies from April 2014 to January 2016.
