Mounir Behdaoui

Mounir Behdaoui is an experienced professional in customer success and operations, currently serving as Customer Success & Operations Director at Openbravo since January 2019, where Mounir leads a global customer service team for a Cloud-Based Retail SaaS Platform. Prior to this, Mounir spent over two decades at CA Technologies in various roles, including People Development Manager and Principal Technical Support Engineer, focusing on customer support excellence and team development. Mounir also has experience as a business owner of a mobile IT learning school and as a project manager for Lewisham Council, managing funding applications and delivering educational programs. Mounir holds a foundation degree in Economics from Université Internationale de Rabat.
