Andrei G. Fedorov

Andrei G. Fedorov has a long and varied work experience. From 2000 to 2005, they were an Assistant Professor at the Georgia Institute of Technology, then an Associate Professor from 2005 to 2008, a Full Professor from 2008 to 2012, and a Woodruff Professor from 2012 to 2018. Andrei G. was also the Rae S. and Frank H. Neely Chair Professor from 2019 to present, and Associate Chair for Graduate Studies from 2018 to present. In 2008, they co-founded OpenCell Technologies, Inc. and served as a Board Member. In 2012, they co-founded INVISICOOL LLC and served as a Board Member. In 2014, they became a Board Member of the Horizon Theatre Company, and in 2019 they joined the Resource Council. In 2021, they co-founded Andson Biotech and served as a Board Member. In 2022, they became a Regents' Entrepreneur.

Andrei G. Fedorov holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, which they earned between 1994 and 1997. Prior to that, they earned a B.S./M.S. with Highest Honors in Applied Mathematics from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) between 1990 and 1994. Andrei G. also holds a B.S./M.S. with Highest Honors in Mechanical Engineering from Bauman Moscow State Technical University, which they earned between 1987 and 1993.
