Ronald Ashri

Ronald Ashri is the current CEO and founder of OpenDialog AI. Ronald has over 19 years of experience in the tech industry, with a focus on web-based product development. Ronald has held various positions such as Tech Strategy Director, Solutions Architect, Director, and Research Fellow.

Ashri's first position was as a researcher at BT Adastral Park from June 2000 to September 2000. Ronald then became a Research Fellow at the University of Southampton from October 2003 to May 2005. In 2006, they became the Director of ISTOS srl, where they worked until 2013.

In April 2012, Ashri joined Bluespark Labs as their Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Ronald held this position for three years before becoming a Solutions Architect for the company from November 2010 to June 2011.

In 2015, Ashri left Bluespark Labs to become the founder and advisor of Roomify, LLC. Roomify is a Colorado-based startup that focuses on booking and reservations solutions using open-source tools. Ronald worked with the company until 2017.

Most recently, Ashri was the Tech Strategy Director at Deeson from June 2016 to January 2019. Deeson is a European company that specializes in web development.

In 2019, Ashri founded OpenDialog AI, which is a platform that enables humans and artificial intelligence to have meaningful conversations.

Ronald Ashri received a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Southampton, where they specialized in Artificial Intelligence and Agent-based systems. Ronald also holds a BSc First Class in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Warwick.
