Jeremy Settles

Jeremy Settles has extensive experience in the real estate and valuation sectors, currently serving as Acquisition Regional Pricing Manager at Opendoor since July 2018, with previous roles including Portfolio Manager and Val Lead. Prior to Opendoor, Jeremy worked as an Account Representative at Direct Valuation Solutions from August 2016 to January 2018, and as an Underwriter at Blue Mountain Homes from November 2013 to August 2016. Earlier experience includes serving as Construction Coordinator at Blue Mountain Realty Inc. in two separate tenures (2012-2013 and June to December 2013). Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Davis, and an Associate of Arts in Sociology from Cabrillo College. Additionally, Jeremy completed training at Dale Carnegie in 2014.
