Kara Crosgrove

Kara Crosgrove is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry with extensive experience in pricing analysis, leasing, and operations management. Currently serving as a Pricing Analyst - Risk II at Opendoor since August 2021, Kara previously co-founded the Dancing United Foundation Inc. and held the position of Director of Leasing at Campus Apartments, where significant occupancy and price increases were achieved. With a prior role as Assistant Manager of Community Operations at Mark-Taylor, Inc., Kara led teams and influenced operational improvements across numerous Class A Luxury properties. Early career experience includes roles in residential realty and marketing coordination, complemented by a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Iowa and a real estate license from the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business.
