Karen Miller

Karen Miller is a seasoned professional in talent strategy and acquisition with extensive experience across multiple renowned organizations. Currently serving as the VP of Talent Strategy and Acquisition at Opendoor since March 2022, Karen previously held significant roles at Splunk, including Sr Director and Director of Talent Acquisition, where leadership focused on innovative technical talent teams. Prior to Splunk, Karen served as Director of Talent Programs at Citadel LLC and led talent strategy initiatives at Cisco, managing large teams and substantial budgets. With a strong foundation in university relations and diversity initiatives developed during tenures at companies like Electronic Arts, NVIDIA, and KPMG, Karen has demonstrated a commitment to fostering organizational growth and attracting top talent. Karen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Michigan State University.
