Quynh Nhu Nguyen

Quynh Nhu Nguyen is a seasoned HR executive with extensive experience in talent management, employee development, and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as Vice President at Opendoor, Quynh has previously held similar leadership roles at 8x8, Electronic Arts, TIBCO Software, and Applied Materials. Key achievements include designing and implementing performance management processes, developing talent management strategies, leading diversity and inclusion initiatives, and overseeing HR operations during mergers and acquisitions. Quynh holds advanced degrees in Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University and the California School of Professional Psychology, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
