Rob Reiling

Rob Reiling currently serves as the Head of Portfolio Management and Head of City Operations at Opendoor, where responsibilities include leading General Managers and overseeing operational strategy and performance across approximately 50 markets. Previously, Rob was a General Manager at Opendoor, managing a $1B+ P&L and ensuring customer and employee success in the largest market. Additionally, Rob has extensive consulting experience as an Outside Consultant and Case Coach at RocketBlocks, coaching candidates for top-tier companies. Prior positions include Head of Pricing and Formulation Centers of Excellence at Cargill, Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, and various roles in early career consulting. Rob holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and multiple graduate degrees in International Relations and Trade and Development Economics from Tufts University.
