Susan Blank

Susan Blank is an accomplished research professional with extensive experience in growth strategies and consumer insights. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Researcher at Opendoor since April 2021, Susan partners with cross-functional teams to implement and refine growth strategies through custom research projects. Prior to this role, Susan held various positions, including Senior Marketing Insights Director at QuestResearch Group, where responsibility included managing quantitative and qualitative insights projects to support business growth. Susan's earlier roles included Chief Research Officer at Red Sheriff, Vice President at Millward Brown, and Senior Project Director at Roper Starch Worldwide. Additionally, Susan has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor of Sociology at both UC Irvine and Pomona College. Susan holds a Ph.D. in Social Science from UC Irvine, an MA in Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in Sociology from Pomona College, alongside ongoing education in Data Analytics at UC Berkeley.
