Ellis Clopton

Ellis Clopton has held a variety of positions in the media industry since 2016. Ellis began as a Staff Writer for the Daily Nebraskan in 2016, then worked as a Reporting Intern for Northweast Nebraska News in 2017. In the same year, they were also a Senior Arts and Entertainment Editor for The Daily Nebraskan. In 2018, they were an Editorial Intern for Variety and in 2019, they were a Crime and Safety Reporting Intern for the Lincoln Journal Star. In 2020, they were a Support Specialist for Hudl, and they currently hold the same role at Opendorse.

Ellis Clopton attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2015 to 2019, earning a Bachelor's degree in Journalism with minors in English and Political Science.
