Erin Xavier

Erin Xavier has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and organizations. They began their career in 2002 as an IT Manager at The FIRM Entertainment Management, where they worked until 2007. Following this, Erin worked as an Executive System Manager at AZOFF MUSIC MANAGEMENT LLC for a year. In 2008, they joined Alfred Music as an Information Technology Specialist but quickly transitioned to the role of Systems Administrator. They also served as the IT Manager at Alfred Music from 2010 to 2016. Erin's most recent position was at OpenDrives, where they worked as a Support Engineer from 2021 to 2023 before being promoted to Support Engineer II.

Erin Xavier obtained a ComTIA A+ Certification in Information Technology from the CEI - Computer Education Institute in 2002. Additionally, Erin has acquired multiple certifications from Lynda.com, including Program Management for IT Professionals in August 2020, Learning Cloud Computing: Core Concepts in July 2020, Business Analysis Foundations in June 2020, Cert Prep: CompTIA Server+ Exam (SK0-004): The Basics in June 2020, Windows Server 2019: Active Directory Certificate Services in March 2020, VMware vSphere 6.5 Updates and Upgrades in November 2019, and VMware vSphere: Upgrade a Deployment to vSphere 6.5 in November 2019. Erin also obtained a Standard First Aid, CPR, and AED certification from the American Heart Association in September 2019.
