Kevin Jen is a Product Designer who currently works at OpenEnvoy. Prior to joining OpenEnvoy, Kevin worked as a Product Designer at Cultivate from January 2020 to April 2021. Before that, Kevin was a Product Designer at Salesforce from September 2019 to October 2019, where they conducted heuristic analysis of competitor first-use experiences to evaluate Salesforce first-use offerings, leveraged research to inform strategy of larger initiative to platformize adoption across products, and helped transition users to new CRM platform by designing a splash page to reach goal of 7.5 million MAU. Kevin also has experience working as a Consultant Product Designer at Toodledo from April 2019 to July 2019, where they redesigned collaboration feature of existing productivity tool with 50,000+ users, worked with developer to address technical constraints and ensure an implementable design, and developed product roadmap with stakeholders for product’s growth into the B2B space. In addition, Kevin has also worked as a freelance Product Designer from July 2019 to January 2020, and as a Consultant Product Designer at Remedy from February 2019 to May 2019, and at Curtsy from February 2019 to April 2019.

Kevin Jen studied communication and ethics at the Department of Illusions. Kevin then went on to study product design at Tradecraft. Finally, they earned their BS in structural engineering, architectural engineering, and mathematics from Duke University.

They are on a team with and Courtney James - Content Marketing Manager. Their manager is Parker Moore, Co-Founder, Product & Design.
