Mark Verbeck

Mark Verbeck serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Cyara, a leading Customer Experience Assurance platform provider, since March 2017. In addition to this role, Mark has been an advisor to Avocado Systems since August 2015 and a board member at Corent Technology from December 2011 to October 2021. Previously, Mark held various senior financial leadership positions, including Chief Financial Officer at Saba Software, Coupa Software, and Blade Network Technologies, and served as Managing Director at Cantor Fitzgerald, focusing on equity research for enterprise software companies. Mark's career also includes a Vice President role at Citigroup and positions at ThinkEquity Partners and Epoch Partners. Mark holds a BA in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas and completed the Stanford Executive Program at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
