Chris Carlson

Chris Carlson has a strong background in sales and security. Chris is currently working as the Sales Director for the US West region at OpenEye since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Regional Sales Director for the West Central US & Central Canada at BriefCam from January 2020 to June 2021. From 2018 to 2020, Chris served as the Regional Sales Manager for the Mountain States at Salient Systems. Chris also held various roles as a Regional Sales Manager at Avigilon, covering Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, and Wyoming from 2014 to 2017. Before that, they worked as the Regional Manager for the Rocky Mountain region at DH Pace Company, Inc. from 2009 to 2014. Chris has also held leadership positions as the Vice President and General Manager at Inteconnex from 2006 to 2009 and at Johnson Hardware Company from 2003 to 2006. Chris started their career in the security industry as an Outside Sales Representative at STANLEY Security from 2000 to 2003 and previously worked as a Technician and Core Commercial Sales Representative at ADT Security Services from 1999 to 2000. Chris served as a Base Intrusion Security Specialist in the United States Air Force from 1996 to 1999. Overall, they have a comprehensive work experience in sales and security roles, with a focus on regional sales management and leadership positions.

Chris Carlson is an Executive MBA candidate at the W. P. Carey School of Business - Arizona State University, where they will be attending from 2022 to 2024. Before pursuing their MBA, they attended the USAF Technical School from 1996 to 1997, where they received electronics technical training.
