Jana Goodnight, SHRM-SCP

Jana Goodnight, SHRM-SCP has extensive work experience in various leadership and management roles. Jana has a strong background in operations, professional services, implementation, and account management.

Jana's most recent position was as the Vice President of Operations at Openforce, where they oversaw the organization's Professional Services Group and implemented innovative strategies to drive growth and continuous improvement.

Prior to that, Jana worked at ADP as an Implementation Manager, where they successfully onboarded millions of dollars in Human Capital management tools for over 350 clients per year. Jana also served as the Manager of Accounts Receivable, leading a team and ensuring operational metrics were met while emphasizing process improvement and exceptional client service.

Jana also has experience at FEXCO, where they managed the Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) rollout and served as a key liaison for global merchants. Jana developed DCC strategy plans and built strong relationships with merchants across Europe.

Before that, Jana worked at Navy Federal Credit Union, where they served as an Assistant Manager and Supervisor, overseeing staff development and ensuring excellent customer service. Jana also worked as a Member Service Representative, delivering exceptional service and managing member accounts.

Throughout their career, Jana has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, relationship management, and process improvement skills.

Jana Goodnight, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master's Degree in International Enterprise Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, which was completed in 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Accounting from Goethe University Frankfurt in 2010. Aside from their formal education, Jana has acquired additional certifications including the monday.com Product Badge from monday.com, obtained in June 2021, and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification obtained in December 2016. Jana also holds the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification, which was obtained in July 2019 from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
