Kelsie Banker has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Kelsie started their career as a Real Estate Consultant at RE/MAX Professionals in 2008 and later moved to Keller Williams Fox Valley Realty in 2009, where they held the same role until 2011. Following that, they worked as a Marketing Campaign Specialist for Google AdWords at Direct Alliance from 2011 to 2012. Kelsie then joined Yodle as a Marketing Performance Analyst from 2012 to 2015, where they eventually took on the role of Senior Marketing Performance Analyst. From 2015 to 2019, Kelsie worked at Web.com as the Associate Manager of Performance, Product Operations. In 2019, they joined Choice Hotels International as a Product Marketing Analyst for Mobile Apps, working until mid-2020. Currently, Kelsie is employed at Openforce, where they started as a Product Marketing Manager in late 2020 and has since been promoted to the position of Director of Marketing in April 2021.

Kelsie Banker began their education in 2004 at Elgin Community College, where they pursued an Associate in Science degree in General Studies. Kelsie successfully completed their studies there in 2006. Following that, from 2006 to 2008, Kelsie attended Western Illinois University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business degree with a specialization in Marketing. Alongside their formal education, Kelsie obtained several certifications to enhance their skills. In September 2020, they received the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google. In April 2022, they completed the Foundations certification program at Pragmatic Institute. Later, in August 2022, they attained certification in "Leading with Stories" and "Shane Snow on Storytelling" from LinkedIn. Additionally, they completed the certification program titled "Building a Coaching Culture: Improving Performance Through Timely Feedback" from LinkedIn in September 2022.
