Christina M. Farfaro, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Chief Talent Officer at Opengate since February 2024. Previously, Christina held the position of Associate Director of Human Resources at Mercy College from January 2023 to March 2024. Christina's extensive experience in talent acquisition and management includes roles as Director of Talent Acquisition at Elizabeth Seton Children’s from April 2022 to January 2023 and Talent Management Business Partner at Elizabeth Seton Children's Center from December 2013 to April 2022. Prior experience also includes a role as Benefits Coordinator in Human Resources at Northern Westchester Hospital and Assistant Manager at Hopewell Dental, P.C. Christina holds a BBA in Management from Western Connecticut State University and an AS in Business Administration from Dutchess Community College.
