Jack Rowley

Customer Success Manager at OpenGov

Jack Rowley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jack started their career as a Research and Development Intern at Pasteurization Technology Group (PTG) in 2013. Jack then worked as a Weight Room Supervisor at Arizona State University in 2015. In the same year, they co-founded Up The Hill Sports and also served as Intramural Sports Chair and Alumni and Parent Relations Chair at Delta Tau Delta Fraternity.

In 2016, Jack worked as a Brand Ambassador at Echo Marketing. Jack also completed a Marketing and Business Development Internship at Berkeley Research Group LLC from 2017 to 2018.

From 2018 to 2020, Jack served as a New Ballpark Sales Development Representative at the Oakland Athletics. During this time, they generated new clients and participated in industry events.

In 2018, they also worked as a Business Development Representative at Higher Logic, where their responsibilities included lead generation, maintaining sales pipeline activity, and attending industry functions.

From 2021 to 2023, Jack worked at Sendoso as a Customer Specialist. Here, they played a key role in solving sourcing, storage, and inventory tracking problems for businesses.

Currently, Jack works as a Customer Specialist at OpenGov Inc. starting from 2023.

Jack Rowley began their education at Monte Vista High School, where they completed their high school diploma from 2009 to 2013. Afterward, they attended Arizona State University from 2014 to 2017, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Human Communication. In 2020, they pursued further education at Florida Atlantic University - College of Business, obtaining a Certificate in Hospitality and Tourism Management with a focus on Hospitality Administration/Management.
