Kristen Blear

Kristen Blear is currently serving as the Sr. Director, HR Business Partner at OpenGov Inc., a government technology company offering cloud software for public sector accounting, planning, budgeting, citizen services, and procurement. Prior to this, Kristen held roles at T-Mobile as a Sr Manager in Human Resources, at Stryker as a Human Resources Manager and Sr. Recruiter, and at Robert Half Finance & Accounting as a Recruiting Manager and Division Director. Kristen earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Texas Tech University in 2005.
