Neil Kulbiski

Neil Kulbiski is a highly experienced software engineer with a diverse background in web development and digital communications. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at BacklotCars since October 2019, Neil has successfully created a NextJS/React frontend for a Ruby on Rails application and refactored existing codebases for enhanced functionality. Previous roles include Web Developer at DSI ®, where Neil developed custom WordPress themes and managed cloud deployments, and various positions at Baker University, culminating in a Senior Director role focused on digital communications. Neil's experience also includes temporary positions at Hallmark Cards and consulting for Sprout Communications LLC. Neil holds an MBA from Baker University and a degree in Management Information Systems from Kansas State University.
