Additionally, Olivier worked as a Webmaster at CIRB, contributing to website design for various projects within the Brussels Capital Region between 1998 and 2001. Olivier holds a Master's degree in Journalism and Communication from Université libre de Bruxelles and has an educational background from Université de Namur and Collège St Paul.
