Brad Herring

Brad Herring currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at OPENLANE, a public company specializing in digital marketplace and financing solutions for the automotive wholesale industry, a position held since May 2025. Prior to OPENLANE, Brad held the CFO role at Enfusion from December 2022 to May 2025, and at Shift4 Payments from October 2019 to August 2022, focusing on integrated payment solutions. Earlier experience includes serving as CFO at Elavon, Inc. from January 2016 to October 2019 for a $1.7 billion acquiring business, and as CFO of the Digital Banking Group at Fiserv from October 2013 to December 2015, overseeing $900 million in online banking and payment services. Brad earned an MBA in Finance and Operations and a BS in Management/Economics from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business.
